NEXT powered by Shulman Rogers Recognized as Best National Law Firm for “Enabling Startup Success” at 2024 Legalweek Leaders in Tech Awards
We are thrilled to share that NEXT powered by Shulman Rogers was honored as the nation’s Best Law Firm for “Enabling Start-Up Success”at the fourth annual Legalweek Leaders in Tech Awards ceremony Monday evening in New York City.
The kickoff of ALM’s Legalweek, the Leaders in Tech Awards are presented by Law.com and LegalTech News to recognize the most innovative achievements of the past year from in-house legal departments, law firms, and the tech provider and service partner community across 41 categories.
This prestigious accolade acknowledges the NEXT team’s tireless efforts to innovate and deliver exceptional legal services to startup and emerging growth companies, as well as our commitment to supporting entrepreneurs on their journey to de-risk and successfully scale their businesses. Our fixed-fee packages, scalability, access to senior business attorneys and technology platforms, and new, holistic approach that facilitates seed to Series A capital have all enabled NEXT to secure a strong foothold in the startup ecosystem.
“We are honored to be recognized by Law.com and Legaltech News – this category and award has special meaning for us as our mission is to “Empower Startup Success,’” said NEXT founder and co-chair Anthony Millin.” We will continue to innovate the startup legal services market and support startups in their journey to de-risk and successfully grow their companies.
This is not the first time NEXT has been honored at Legalweek. In 2021, we were selected as the Startup/Emerging Growth Law Firm of the Year and in 2023 as a finalist in the Enabling Startup Success and Most Innovative Legal Department categories. Last year, The American Lawyer named NEXT a finalist for their Most Innovative Law Firm Award.
“It has been inspiring to watch Anthony’s passion for the startup community grow into such an impactful enterprise,” said Shulman Rogers’ Managing Shareholder, Sam Spiritos. “The Firm is pleased to support the ongoing development of the NEXT powered by Shulman Rogers platform and witness the successes of its many entrepreneurial clients.”
