The General Counsel Package specifically excludes any work that requires putting “Pen to Paper”. If a new legal project is required based upon discussions with Anthony, such project work is outside the scope of the General Counsel Package and a custom package and/or hourly charges will be jointly discussed and assessed.
The Fee structure is a fixed-fee, quarterly subscription offering for just $2,500 per month (quarterly commitment – paid monthly).
