Allyson Redpath, founder of ForesightIQ, developed her strategic foresight capabilities while creating strategic options for clients in investment banking. Her experience includes investment research at Goldman Sachs, investment banking at Schroders and Citigroup, treasury analysis at Credit Agricole, and debt securities at Merrill. Her clients included leading companies such as Starbucks, who she advised while they were scaling their business. Widely viewed as a visionary, Allyson further developed her visioning capabilities with a design degree from one of the top design schools in the country and as founder of her own design business. In 2024, she completed a masterclass in Strategic Foresight held by the Future Today Institute, whose clients include Coca-Cola, Google, Fidelity, Cisco, Accenture, and US Federal Reserve System, and she earned a certificate in Strategic Foresight from the University of Houston. She also initiated and co-founded Citrine Angels, a group of women investors who invest in female-founded companies.
